A private independent organization promoting opportunities for learning and for demonstrating land management strategies that preserve and enhance the natural habitat values of the landscape while meeting the needs of people.

NHLM is offering opportunities for field projects and workshops at the Gahr Farm in McMinnville Oregon. The site is a 350 acre farm and forest that is managed with NHLM plans and goals. Field activities and research projects are encouraged and welcome. Indoor facilities for small group workshops are available in the converted farm house.
