1. Exterior walls are 2" by 6" studs 16" on center.
2. Sheathing is 7/16 OSB.
3. Over this is 1" Rigid Insulation.
4. Cover this with house wrap.
4. Then 4' X 9' Hardy panel siding.
5. Wall Insulation is R-19 fiberglass. Ceiling R-38 .
6.  Interior walls and ceilings are 1/2 sheet rock.
7. Interior bearing walls are 2 X 6  16" OC.
8. Headers are 4 X 12
