1.   3" perimeter drain pipes covered with 1 1/2" drain rock to 6"below the siding.
2.   4" deep 3/4- compacted gravel over grade.
3.   10 mill polyethylene vapor barrier.
5.   3" Polystyrene insulation outside of footings.
6.   4"  monolithic slab with 8" X 16" footings 12 " below finish grade.
7.   Perimeter footings have 3  #4 horizontal rebars and 14" vertical  rebars 4' OC.
8.   8" H  by 8" W   stem wall with one continuous horizontal  #4 rebar tied to the vertical rebars.
9.   1/2" X  10" sill anchor bolts are placed at corners and on 4'  spacing.
10.  6 ABS Vents are placed in the non-bearing stem wall
11.  2 X 6 Pressure treated sills
12.  2 X 6 Pressure treated  sleepers secured with 8" J bolts.
13.  R-15 Rigid insulation around outside perimeter.
