The Cottage - is a complete small home with queen bed in the master bedroom & twin beds in the second bedroom, full kitchen, laundry & wood stove. Children welcome. No pets/smoking.
Rates for two guests: With breakfast $115 one night. $95 two or more nights. Additional guests $25 each.
No breakfast: $100 for one night - $80 for two nights - $75 for three or more nights . Additional guests $20 each.

Gahr Farm - is a 350-acre farm and forest which is now managed as a native plant and wildlife reserve. It is located in a small valley surrounded by low hills with mixed forests and grasslands. There are 200 acres of meadows and wetlands, which include miles of riparian edges along two forks of Muddy Creek.

NHLM - is a private, independent organization promoting opportunities for learning and for demonstrating "natural habitat land management" strategies that preserve and enhance the habitat values of the landscape while meeting the needs of people. Gahr Farm is the site for NHLM activities, research projects, small workshops & retreats.
